Join Bibendum for a relaxed evening of sake + snacks, featuring food from Kurobuta’s Scott Hallsworth, Vallebona’s Cicchetti and Fortnum & Mason’s quintessentially British dessert.

Sake Barrel Opening | Friday 30th

Location: Sake no Hana, 23 St James’s St, London SW1A 1HA

The kagami biraki is a traditional Japanese ceremony where a cask of sake is smashed open and guests are offered cups of sake from the barrel. Join for one of two sessions on the day.

House of Sake will host a tasting of over 30 different sakes from some of Japan’s most respected breweries, paired with a tasty selection of nibbles from la Fromagerie.

Feast! Tengu Sake| Saturday 1st

Japanese inspired canapés and sake cocktails will be followed by a six-course, sake paired feast with all dishes being cooked in front of guests by Scott himself. Culinary theatre at its very best!
