IWC Sake Judging 2024

The International Wine Challenge (IWC) is one of the world’s most prestigious blind tasting boards, founded in 1984. The Sake division has grown exponentially since it was founded in 2007, making it the largest and most influential event of the Sake review outside of Japan. IWC 2024 judging took place on the 21st – 24th of May. This year the venue has been moved to St Mary’s in Marylebone. 64 sake experts from all over the world gathered at the new location and 1,504 sakes were tasted to decide the award winners.

The medal and trophy winners will be announced on the 6th of June and they will be listed on IWC’s official website.
